Trademark Associate (New York, NY, Boston, MA, or Newark, NJ Office)
McCarter & English is actively seeking a 5th-6th year trademark associate who has trademark prosecution, licensing and litigation experience, as well as anti-counterfeiting and enforcement experience. The ideal candidate is a self starter who pays close attention to detail, can manage a busy trademark prosecution and enforcement practice and works well with others in a close group of attorneys, paralegals and staff. State Bar admission for preferred office required. Salary range of $170,000-$235,000, commensurate with experience. If you have relevant experience, we would like you to consider joining our team.
